    Inside Sales Representative - Remote (US)

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support outreachand information-gathering tasks. This role involves making phone calls throughout the day to schedule appointments, confirm details, or gather essential information, ensuring efficient workflow and clear communication. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and confident speaking on the phone.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Make outbound phone calls to schedule appointments, confirm details, or gather information as directed.
    Maintain an organized calendar, coordinating schedules and managing conflicts.
    Accurately document call outcomes and update records promptly.
    Follow up on incomplete tasks or pending responses with professionalism and persistence.
    Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
    Handle ad hoc tasks related to scheduling or information gathering as needed.

    Requirements:

    Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
    Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or similar tools (preferred but not required).
    Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    Reliable internet connection and phone access.
    Comfortable making calls and speaking to a variety of stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a inside sales representative, virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
    Familiarity with tools such as Google Calendar, Zoom, or Trello.
    Availability for flexible tasks during the workday.
