In Search Of
Turnover Manager
Essential duties include:
- Provide exemplary cleaning experience to Airbnb guests of our properties
- Understand special cleaning requirements and preferences of each property
- Dust and polish every surface, including tables, dressers, televisions and headboards
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen from top to bottom
- Clean rugs, carpet, upholstered furniture and/or draperies using vacuum or other cleaners
- Empty wastebaskets and take trash to the compactor
- Sweep, vacuum and mop entire home just before leaving the property
- Restocking consumables as necessary and ensuring that property inventory is in each property for the next guest
Preferred Candidate Will Have:- Professional hotel or residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- An acute attention to detail
- Weekend flexibility
Photographer/New Client Liaison
Essential Duties Include:
- Provide a consultative and educational experience to new client’s
- Act as a concierge to our client’s by being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate to ensure listing accuracy and effectiveness
- Professional photography of the listing
Preferred Candidate Will Have:- Professional Real Estate photography experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
